SHIPPING, DELIVERY & CUSTOMS POLICY
Last updated: July 2026

This Policy applies to products purchased through nadpremium.com under:

NAD*PREMIUM — premium alcohol-free beverages;
BEYOND* — selected alcoholic wines.

Orders are prepared and dispatched from European Union territory according to product availability, supplier location and operational arrangements with producers.

1. Shipping destinations

We provide international delivery to numerous destinations in Europe and worldwide.

The availability of delivery depends on:

  • the destination country and postal code;

  • the product category;

  • local alcohol, food, customs and import regulations;

  • carrier availability;

  • age-verification requirements;

  • operational or regulatory restrictions in force at the time of the order.

Alcoholic BEYOND* products are shipped only where legally and operationally permitted.

The availability of a country in the checkout does not prevent us from carrying out additional verification before accepting or dispatching an order

2. Shipping partners and packaging

Orders may be entrusted to established international and local carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, BRT, Geopost and other selected logistics providers.

The carrier used may vary according to destination, parcel characteristics, product category and service availability.

Products are packed using protective materials appropriate to bottles and fragile goods. Additional packaging or documentation may be required for international shipments or alcoholic products.

The reference to a particular carrier does not constitute a guarantee that the same carrier will be used for every order.

3. Estimated delivery times

Indicative transit times after dispatch are normally:

  • European Union: 3–6 business days;

  • United Kingdom and Switzerland: 4–8 business days;

  • other international destinations: 8–16 business days.

These periods are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Order preparation, product sourcing, public holidays, remote locations, customs procedures, age verification and carrier operations may extend delivery times.

Where consumer law applies, any mandatory delivery rights remain unaffected. Under EU consumer rules, delivery must generally take place within 30 days unless another period has been expressly agreed.

4. Seasonal and exceptional delays

Transit and processing times may increase during:

  • Christmas and end-of-year periods;
  • national holidays;
  • major promotional or logistics peaks;
  • adverse weather conditions;
  • strikes or transport disruption;
  • border controls, public-health measures or regulatory changes;
  • events outside our reasonable control.

During severe international congestion, estimated transit periods may be substantially extended.

We follow shipments and cooperate with the relevant logistics providers, but we cannot control the internal operations, routing decisions or processing times of carriers, customs offices and public authorities.

5. Tracking and delivery information

Where available, a tracking reference is sent after dispatch.

Tracking information is generated and updated by the carrier. Temporary delays, incomplete scans, repeated status messages or estimated delivery dates shown by the carrier may not reflect the parcel’s precise physical location.

Customers must provide:

  • a complete and accurate delivery address;
  • the recipient’s full name;
  • a valid telephone number and email address;
  • any information reasonably required for customs or age verification.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incomplete, incorrect or misleading information supplied by the Customer or recipient.

6. Customs, taxes and import procedures

Shipments crossing a customs border may be subject to:

  • import VAT;
  • customs duties;
  • excise duties;
  • alcohol-related taxes;
  • clearance, brokerage or administrative fees;
  • documentary inspections;
  • age, identity or import-eligibility checks.

Unless the order is expressly confirmed as duties and taxes paid, these amounts are not included in the product or shipping price and may be requested directly from the recipient by the carrier, customs authority or other competent body.

Charges and procedures are determined by the authorities and service providers of the destination country. They may vary according to product classification, declared value, origin, alcohol content, quantity and local rules.

Payment of shipping charges does not automatically include customs duties, taxes or clearance fees.

7. Customs assessments and administrative discrepancies

We prepare commercial and shipping documentation using the product information reasonably available to us.

Customs authorities and their appointed agents retain independent authority to:

  • inspect a shipment;
  • request additional documents;
  • determine or revise tariff classification;
  • reassess value, taxes, duties or excise;
  • hold, release, reject or return goods;
  • apply local import restrictions.

Occasionally, delays or unexpected charges may result from differing interpretations, incomplete processing, administrative errors or inaccurate assessments by customs personnel, carriers or local agents.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide supporting documents and cooperate in requesting clarification or reassessment. However, we cannot direct a customs authority, guarantee that an assessment will be amended or determine how quickly a case will be reviewed.

A customs dispute does not automatically suspend payment deadlines, storage costs or return procedures imposed locally.

8. Customer and recipient cooperation

The Customer and recipient must promptly:

  • respond to legitimate requests from carriers or customs;
  • provide identification, tax or import information where legally required;
  • complete age-verification procedures;
  • pay applicable import charges within the stated deadline;
  • be available to receive the shipment.

Failure to cooperate may result in delay, storage charges, failed delivery, return, abandonment or disposal of the shipment.

Where a parcel is returned because the recipient:

  • refused delivery;
  • failed to provide requested documentation;
  • failed to pay lawful import charges;
  • provided incorrect delivery information;
  • did not collect or accept the parcel,

any refund will be assessed after the goods have been safely returned and inspected. Legitimate outward shipping, return transport, customs, storage, handling and administrative costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Delivery, authorised recipients and redirection

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes unless expressly confirmed.

Delivery must be made to a complete and verifiable physical address.

To maintain shipment integrity, parcels should not be redirected to parcel shops, lockers, collection points or alternative addresses without prior agreement.

Where the Customer independently requests a redirection from the carrier, responsibility for resulting delays, failed delivery, additional charges or altered delivery arrangements may rest with the Customer to the extent permitted by law.

Alcoholic shipments may require delivery to an adult recipient at the original address and may not be eligible for unattended delivery or redirection.

10. Failed delivery attempts

The carrier may make one or more delivery attempts according to its local procedures.

The recipient is responsible for following tracking updates and any carrier instructions. If delivery fails, the carrier may:

  • arrange another attempt;
  • hold the parcel temporarily;
  • request collection;
  • return it to the sender.

Additional attempts, storage, address correction or return charges may be deducted from any refund where the failed delivery was attributable to the Customer or recipient and where legally permitted.

11. Damage, breakage or missing products

The Customer should inspect the parcel promptly upon delivery.

Visible damage, leakage, breakage, missing products or incorrect items should be reported as soon as reasonably possible to: info@nadpremium.com

The report should include photographs of:

  • the external parcel;
  • the shipping label;
  • the internal packaging;
  • the damaged or affected products.

Products and packaging must not be discarded until instructions are provided.

For B2C orders, the risk normally remains with the seller until the Customer or an authorised recipient takes physical possession of the goods. Prompt reporting assists us in opening the appropriate claim with the carrier but does not remove mandatory statutory rights.

12. Cancellation of orders in preparation

A cancellation request must be submitted as soon as possible.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once product sourcing, protective packaging, export documentation, customs preparation, carrier booking or dispatch has begun.

For B2B, specially sourced or individually prepared orders, reasonable non-recoverable costs already incurred may be deducted in accordance with the order confirmation or commercial agreement.

For consumers, this provision does not limit any mandatory right of withdrawal or other statutory remedy.

Any approved refund will be processed in accordance with the Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.

13. Returns ordered by authorities or carriers

A shipment may be returned, held or rejected because of:

  • local import restrictions;
  • customs or excise decisions;
  • unsuccessful age verification;
  • incomplete recipient documentation;
  • unpaid charges;
  • prohibited quantities or product categories;
  • carrier safety or operational requirements.

A returned shipment is not considered refundable until it has physically arrived, been inspected and its condition verified.

Products that are destroyed, abandoned, confiscated or rendered unsaleable because of the recipient’s failure to comply with lawful import requirements may not qualify for a refund, subject always to mandatory consumer law and the specific circumstances of the case.

14. Shipping support

We provide reasonable assistance with tracking, carrier enquiries and customs documentation connected with the shipment.

Our assistance does not replace the Customer’s obligation to communicate directly with local authorities or carriers when they require personal, tax, identity, age or import information that can only be supplied by the recipient.
